Why a site needs ongoing care
Websites aren't "set and forget." Content goes stale, links rot, backups have to actually run, forms and integrations need watching, and small fixes pile up. Left alone, even a fast static site drifts out of date — usually right when a customer is looking at it.
The difference with a hand-coded site is what the care plan is for: not patching plugins, but being your update mechanism. There's no CMS for you to log into — you just tell us, and it's done.

Just want it hosted? The hand-off plan
Some clients want the site built properly, handed over, and then left alone. That's the hand-off plan — $79/mo. You get everything above, plus a change a month. The difference is simple: hand-off keeps your site running; a care plan grows it.
- Included: Cloudflare edge hosting, automatic HTTPS, off-site backups, uptime and security monitoring, and anything that breaks on our end fixed free
- A change a month — a handful of small edits sent in one email; text, images, hours, prices
- Not included: new pages and sections, new city pages as your service area grows, bigger rewrites, SEO work, integration and design changes, priority turnaround
- Larger work is quoted before we start — nothing is ever billed without your say-so
It's available on Launch and Standard builds for sites we built; sites taking payments or bookings stay on a care plan, because there's more that can break. You can move up to full care any month. And if you find yourself sending changes most weeks, tell us — a care plan will cost you less, and we'd rather say so than keep invoicing you.
No lock-in
Care plans start at $199/mo and begin the day you launch; bigger sites send more changes, so the plan scales with them. Hosting, security and a change a month on their own are $79/mo. Everything is month-to-month — cancel anytime — and paying annually gets you two months free on any plan. You always own your site and your content. Most clients stay simply because everything keeps working. Every plan includes edge hosting and pairs with every new build.

Is there a contract?
No. Care plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime.
What happens to my site if I cancel?
It's yours to keep. Every site is plain HTML and CSS, so we hand you the full set of files and help you point your domain at a new host — nothing proprietary holds your site hostage. Hosting is bundled into the plan, so if you cancel you'll just arrange hosting elsewhere; your design, content, and domain stay entirely yours.
What if I need a bigger change?
A care plan covers routine edits and new pages up to your plan's page limit — and city pages don't count toward that limit. For larger work — new features, a whole new section of the site — we'll quote it separately and keep it on the same care plan after. On the $79 hand-off plan you get a change a month; anything beyond that is quoted as it comes up.
Where is my site hosted?
On Cloudflare's global edge — included with your plan at no extra cost. Because the site is static files, it's served fast everywhere and there's no server for anyone to break into.
