When should I run this checklist?
In the final week before launch, and again the morning you go live. Most launch-day problems (forms that don't send, pages Google can't find, a phone number nobody can tap) are on this list and take minutes to fix before launch, and days of lost business to notice after.
Do I need every box checked to launch?
Aim for all of them, but don't let the last one or two block a launch forever. The non-negotiables are HTTPS, working forms, tap-to-call, and unique titles. The rest can land in the first week live. A site that ships at 16 of 18 beats a perfect site that never ships.
What if my current site fails most of these?
That's worth knowing on its own. Run the redesign scorecard next. It scores whether the site needs a refresh or a rebuild, and shows what each path fixes.
